This site allows payment processing options for A1 Tutoring's online and at home tuition services. Scroll down to see our tutorial service options.

Choose the tutorial service/s that best suits your needs, continue to the checkout and then your tutorial service will proceed. This can be purchased instantly with a credit card or through a PayPal account.

PayPal allows payment processing when the user purchases time tokens, once payment for the time tokens has been processed then the user is entitled to use our services for the specified unit/s of time.

If the client wishes to cancel any pre-booked service, other location service or head office service: the client will receive a 50% refund of the full service price for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the agreed lesson time. Any cancellations made after this time will result in a 0% refund of full service price. If the tutor and client are able to agree to a  time for a follow up session then fees will be refunded and normal fees will be applied. If at any time we are unable to provide the agreed service the client will always receive a complete refund of fees/deposits paid unless other arrangements are made. All refunds will be made within a reasonable time frame.
